Wake the Line : Two Weeks Away

Stadionbad will be transformed once again into the most technical and advanced wakeboarding and wakeskating course to date stretched over the three Olympic-size pools.

Wake the Line took a year or two off. But you can’t keep a good man down, and in 2016 it makes it’s triumphant return. Triumphant is a grand word, maybe too grand but you know what I mean. Over the next couple of weeks, we are going to ramp up our focus on this event cause its one of the good ones. They Say” You know you are at WTL when the worlds best wakeboarders are flying past you and you are soaking up the sun on the concrete stairs of the Stadionbad Cologne. On August 28th, the 2016 Jever Fun WAKE THE LINE powered by Nissan will be making it’s return to the Stadionbad Cologne. Like the previous years the Stadionbad will be transformed once again into the most technical and advanced wakeboarding and wakeskating course to date stretched over the three Olympic-size pools.
The unique and spectacular – Jever Fun WAKE THE LINE powered by Nissan – will represent the largest, one-of-a-kind wakeboarding event in the world. The participants will be pulled over a water course by the Sesitec System 2.0 HD, a straight line cable. The riders will ride across features such as handrails and ramps. By taking advantage of the UNIT Parktech course, they can perform unbelievable stunts. Prize money of 40 000 euros will be available to the top riders.”
